About Us

We are one of Turkey's first renewable energy investors.

As one of the pioneers of the energy sector in Turkey, Akiş Group has undertaken initiatives that shaped the sector even during the period when electricity generation activities were under state monopoly.

As one of the founding partners of the first private electricity companies, Kepez Elektrik and Çukurova Elektrik, he has a deep-rooted background in the energy sector.

During the period when Akiş Group was an investor, Çukurova Elektrik proved its innovative approach in the sector by becoming the first and only private company to receive permission to engage in commercial activities such as transmission, distribution, wholesale and retail sales in the regional electricity market.

Founded in 2007, Akiş Group Energy has a portfolio consisting entirely of renewable energy sources with its environmentally sensitive and social benefit-oriented approach. With its strong financing structure, it has successfully assumed the role of an investor and has implemented solar power plant projects and turnkey installations in many regions of Turkey within the scope of EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) activities. In this process, Akiş Group has gained the trust of its investors and reinforced its solid position in the sector.
